老年人特发性房颤临床研究与预防

目的 研究老年人特发性房颤对心功能以及缺血性卒中的影响。方法 采用前瞻性研究，随访三年，分为老年人特发性房颤组33例，冠心病并房颤组32例，正常对照组33例。结果 3年后特发性房颤组心功能射血分数下降(P＜0．05)，缺血性卒中发生率与对照组相比，有显著性差异(P＜0．05)；冠心病并房颤组，心功能射血分数下降(P＜0．01)；缺血性卒中发生率与对照组相比，有显著性差异(P＜0．01)，两组房颤相比心功能射血分数有显著性差异(P＜0．05)；缺血性卒中差异无显著性(P＞0．05)。结论 老年人特发性房颤是影响心功能以及缺血性卒中的独立因素。

A Clinical Study on Idiopathic Atrial Fibrillation in Elderly Patients

Objective To study the response of cardiac function and ischemic apoplexy idiopathic atrial fibrillation in elderly patients. Methods 33 idiopathic atrial fibrillation in elderly patients, 32 coronary atherosclerotic heart disease associated with atrial fibrillation and 33 normal control were prospectively studied and followed for three years. Result Three years later, Cardiac EF of the idiopathic atrial fibrillation group decreased(P<0.05). Compared with the normal control group the incidence of ischemic apoplexly was increasing. There was a significant difference between them(P< 0.05 ). Cardiac EF of the coronary athero sclerotic heart disease associated with atrial fibrillation group decreased(P<0.01). Compared with the normal control group the incidence of ischemic apoplexly was increasing. There was a significant difference between them(P<0.05). Compared the cardiac EF of the two atrial fibrillation group. There was significant difference between them(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in the incidence of ischemic apoplexly between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Idiopathic atrial fibrillation in elderly patients was a independent risk factor for cardiac and ischemic apoplexy.
