小鼠长期饮用灭菌酸化水对部分血液学指标的影响

摘    要:
目的:观察了小鼠长期饮用灭菌酸化水对一些重要血液生理学和血清生化学参数的影响。方法:在屏障设施内,将40只KM小鼠随机分成两组,即对照组(灭菌水)和试验组(灭菌酸化水)。经过长达3个月的试验后,分别测定红细胞(RBC)总数、白细胞(WBC)总数、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)等11项血常规指标和总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、甘油三酯(TG)等12项血清生化指标。结果:小鼠的血液生理生化指标均较稳定,试验组与对照组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:小鼠长期饮用灭菌酸化水对其血液理化指标无明显影响。

Abstract:
Objective: Aim to investgate the long-term effect of drinking water treated with acid on blood physiological and biochemical indexes in mice. Methods: 40 mice were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. controlling group and treating group. Through 3-month trial, they were bled and blood physiological and biochemical values were determined. Result: During the experimental period, there were no significant difference on blood physiological and biochemical indexes in mice between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: the long-term of drinking water treated with acid has no obvious effects on blood physiological and biochemical indexes in mice.
