| 摘 要： | 本文报告了1989年从肺感染患者痰中分离出3株腐败异单胞菌,并对其生物学性状及致病性作了详细的观察,发现3株菌性状基本相同,符合腐败异单胞菌特征。对链霉素、庆大霉素、新霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、氯霉素和利福平敏感,对头孢唑啉、吡哌酸耐药。动物实验表明,该菌具有较强的致病性,提示本菌是临床感染中不可忽视的菌种。 |

| Abstract: | Alteromonas putrefaciens is distributed in nature world as saprophytes. Alth- ough clinical infections caused by Alteromonas putrefaciens are reported, the cases are fewer. Lung infections caused by the bacteria are not reported in our country. We isolated three strains of Alteromonas putrefaciens in sputum from the patients with lung infections in 1989. We found that the characteristics of three strains are almost similary, belonging to Alteromonas putrefaciens. The strains are susceptible to streptomycin, gentamycin, neomycin, amikacin, chloramphenicol and rifampicin. They are resistant to cephozolinum and pipemidi acid. Animal test showed that the strains have strong pathogenicity, indicating that the strains can not be neglected in clinical infections. |
