| 摘 要： | 目的：总结ERCP在胆胰疾病中的诊断价值与B超及CT诊断的区别。方法：回顾分析168例临床经ERCP诊断的胆管和胰腺疾病。结果：ERCP对胆管癌、胆总管囊肿和壶腹部癌的确诊率均为100%,ERCP对胆管结石的确诊率为96.9%。而B超协同CT联合诊断胆管癌为33.3%;壶腹部癌57.1%,胆管结石为81.2%。结论：ERCP对胆管结石、胆管癌和壶腹部癌的诊断明显优B超和CT。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize ERCP experience in the diagnosis of diseases of pancreas and choledochus.Method: We reviewed and analysed 168 cases clinical biliary tract and pancreatic disease diagnosed by ERCP.Result: ERCP,the definite diagnosis rate to the malignant tumors of the bile duct;the congenital biliary cystic dilatation;the carcinoma of ampulla was 100%.The definite diagnosis rate to the bile duct calculus was 96.9%.And B-mode ultrasonic,CT jointly diagnoses the malignant tumors of the bile ducte was 3... |
