TURP治疗良性前列腺增生的术后护理体会

目的作为老年男性的常见疾病之一，良性前列腺增生（BPH）常因出现尿急、尿频、进行性排尿困难等症状，对患者的生活影响较大。经尿道前列腺电切术安全、有效，广泛用于本病的治疗，但由于患者年龄普遍较大、部分患者合并症较重，做好围手术期的护理工作，特别是精心的术后护理，对缩短病程、控制并发症和促进修复非常重要。本次护理总结经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的术后护理策略。方法分析温州医科大学附属第一医院泌尿外科126例经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生住院患者的临床特点并探讨相应的术后护理策略。结果本组126例良性前列腺增生患者，术后出院均能自解小便，无电切综合征、永久性尿失禁、附睾炎等并发症。结论对良性前列腺增生患者行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗，实施有效的术后护理可以缩短病程恢复时间、减少并发症和促进患者康复。

Postoperative Nursing Experience for Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia after Transurethral Resection of Proslate

Objective As one of the most common diseases of the elderly men, benign prostatic hyperplasia had a greater influence on the life of the patients because of urgent urination, urinary frequency progressive dysuria. Transurethral resection of prostate as a safe and effective way,was widely used in the treatment of the disease. Some patients with high age and common complications, needed perioperative nursing, especially careful postoperative nursing, to shorten the course of the disease, control complications, and promote the repair. This article was about summarizing resectoscope electrotomy treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia postoperative nursing strategy. Methods Clinical characteristics of 126 cases of resectoscope electrotomy treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia of hospitalized patients were analyzed, and corresponding postoperative nursing strategies were discussed. Results All the 126 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients after discharge, could be self solution urinate. No power cut syndrome,permanent urinary incontinence,and epididymitis complications occurred. Conclusion Effective postopera- tive nursing for the benign prostatic hyperplasia patients suffering urethra prostate electrotomy treatment, could shorten the dura- tion of symptoms recovery time, reduce the complications and promote the rehabilitation.
