氧气湿化瓶加液与不加液污染情况及患者用氧效果的研究

摘    要:
目的 研究氧气湿化瓶加液与不加液对低流量吸氧患者用氧效果与湿化瓶污染的影响.方法 按用氧时间先后将80例患者分成对照组29例和观察组51例.两组患者均采用壁式输氧装置下低流量鼻导管吸氧4 d,期间不更换湿化瓶.对照组氧气湿化瓶内装无菌蒸馏水,吸氧后4 d用无菌注射器抽取10 ml湿化液送细菌培养.观察组氧气湿化瓶内不装无菌蒸馏水,吸氧后4 d在无菌操作下用含培养液的无菌棉签在瓶体内壁取样本送培养.吸氧期间询问并记录吸氧效果和舒适度.结果 不加液氧气湿化瓶的污染率显著降低,低流量吸氧下两组患者吸氧舒适度无差异,脉搏氧饱和度均在正常范围.结论 使用不加液氧气湿化瓶低流量吸氧可降低湿化瓶污染发生率,同时不影响患者的吸氧效果和舒适度.

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect for patients undergoing low flow oxygen inhalation by oxygen humidification bottles with and without humidification fluid and contamination situation of oxygen humidification bottles. Method Divide 80 patients into control group (n=29) and observation group (n=51) according to oxygen inhalation order. Patients in two groups receive low flow oxygen inhalation by nasal cannula with wall type of oxygen supply devices for 4d. Humidification bottles are not changed. Place sterile distilled water in oxygen humidification bottles of control group. Extract 10ml of humidification fluid 4d after oxygen inhalation by sterile syringe to receive bacterial culture. Collect samples from inside wall of oxygen humidification bottles without placing sterile distilled water in control group by aseptic cotton carriers with culture medium 4d after oxygen inhalation to receive bacterial culture. Ask about effect and comfort level of oxygen inhalation of patients in two groups and record it during oxygen inhalation. Result Contamination rate of oxygen humidification bottles without humidification fluid is obviously reduced. Comfort level of low flow oxygen inhalation has no significant difference between two groups and pulse oxygen saturation is in normal range. Conclusion bw flow oxygen inhalation by oxygen humidification bottles without humidification fluid can reduce contamination rate of oxygen humidification bottles and has no influence on oxygen inhalation effect and comfort degree.
