3D-FSPGR-IR序列正常面神经成像测量在性别上的差异研究

目的:探讨MRI的三维磁化准备快速梯度回波成像(3D-FSPGR-IR)序列面神经成像通过后处理全程显示面神经的可行性。方法:40例健康志愿者行3D-FSPGR-IR序列面神经成像,分为男女2组,将扫描图像传至后处理工作站,根据需要将面神经各段全程显示在一幅图像上,测量面神经各段长度、直径及与周围邻近重要结构的距离,对不同性别、不同侧别的面神经测量数值进行对比研究。结果:①40例面神经成像显示清晰,而且后处理能全程显示面神经。②面神经各段,以及面神经隐窝男性与女性相比较,长度及直径差异均具有统计学意义,男性均较女性数值大,而面神经各段与邻近重要结构的距离间比较,两者之间差异无统计学意义。结论:3D-FSPGR-IR序列能全程显示面神经并进行测量,并且男女之间在面神经测量上差异具有统计学意义。

Gender difference of normal facial nerve imaging measurement with 3D FSPGR IR sequence

Objective： To explore the feasibility of MR 3D-FSPGR-IR sequences to show the facial nerve through reprocessing, and the men and women in the post processing of the facial nerve measurements. Methods： 40 cases of healthy volunteers were enrolled. 3D-FSPGR-IR sequences facial nerve imaging,divided into men and women groups. The scanned image transmitted to the post-processing workstation,according to the needs of each segment of the facial nerve full display on an image,and to measure the length of each segment of the facial nerve, diameter and distance surrounding neighboring structures, a comparative study of different gender, a different side of the facial nerve measured values. Results： （1）40 cases of facial nerve imaging, the facial nerves were fully displayed by post-processing. （2）The facial nerve and facial nerve crypt compared to men and women, the length and diameter of the difference was statistically significant, men had larger values than women. Comparing the distances of facial nerve segments to adjacent vital structures, there was no statistical difference between the two. Conclusion.. 3D- FSPGR-IR sequence can show the whole of the facial nerve and measurements, there is significant difference between men and women in the measurement of the facial nerve.
