非胸腔镜辅助Nuss手术治疗漏斗胸30例疗效观察

目的通过对30例漏斗胸行非胸腔镜辅助Nuss手术的疗效观察，探讨非胸腔镜辅助Nuss手术治疗漏斗胸的经验。方法回顾性分析2008年2月-2012年12月漏斗胸患者30例，均行非胸腔镜辅助Nuss手术治疗。观察各患者手术时间、术中出血量、术中心律失常发生率、术后并发气胸发生率和术后住院时间。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术，手术效果27例为优，3例为良；患者平均手术时间59min；术中平均出血量30ml；术中心律发生率为6．67％，气胸发生率为10％；术后平均住院时间6．3d。结论Nuss手术是一种治疗漏斗胸安全、方便、微创、美观、疗效确切的方法，值得进一步推广和深入研究。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Nuss Procedure without Thoracoscopy Assistance in Treatment of 30 Cases of Pectus Excavatum

Objective To observe the effect of Nuss procedure without thoracoscopy assistance in the treatment of pectus excavatmn. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with pectus excavatum from 2008.2 to 2012.12 was reviewed. All patients received Nuss procedure without thoracoscopy assistance. The operation time, blood loss, rate of arrhythmia and aerothorax and hospital stay were recorded. Results All operations were performed successfully. 27 patients had excellent treatment effect while 3 cases had good;the mean operation time was 59 min, mean blood loss was 30 ml, rate of arhythmia was 6.67% and rate of aerothorax was 10% ;the mean duration of post-operative hospital stay was 6.3 days. Conclusion Nuss procedure without thoracoscopy assistance is a safe, convenience, minimal invasive, effective method for pectus excavatum and it is worthy of further promotion and research.
