肺癌同期远处转移临床分析

目的总结不同病理类型肺癌同期远处转移的特点。方法分析蚌埠医学院第一附属医院近年同期远处转移Ⅳ期肺癌患者的临床资料，采用统计学处理数据，比较不同病理类型肺癌的远处转移情况。结果青年以腺癌为主，中老年以鳞癌为主；骨转移中腺癌最高，为35．14％（P〈0．05）；鳞癌的脑转移率最低，为10．64％（P〈0．05）；肝脏转移比较无差别（P〉0．05）；胸膜转移中腺鳞癌最高，为80．00％（P〈0．01）；对侧肺内转移中鳞癌低于腺癌（P〈0．05）；心包转移中腺癌最高，为13．51％（P〈0．05）；肾上腺转移中小细胞癌显著高于其他类型（P〈0．01）。结论不同病理类型肺癌同期远处转移的特点不同，ECT等检查手段能够及早发现，为肺癌准确分期、制定不同的治疗方案提供依据。

Clinical Analysis of Distant Metastases of Lung Cancer during the Same Period

Objective To summarize the characteristics of different pathological types of the distant metastasis lung cancer of the same period. Methods Analyze the clinical data of patients with the distant metastasis stage IV lung cancer during the same period in our hospital in recent years. Use statistical to manipulate data and different pathological types of lung cancer metastasis were compared. Results The young people were adenocarcinoma and the elders were squamous cell carcinoma. Bone metastasis rate of adenocarcinoma was the highest,35.14% （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; brain metastasis rate of squamous cell carcinoma was the lowest, 10.64% （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; liver metastasis rate of different pathological types were no difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Pleural metastasis rate of adenosquamous carcinoma was the highest,80.00% （P 〈 0.01 ）. On the side of intrapulmonary metastases in squamous cell carcinoma was lower than that of adenocarcinoma（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Pericardial metastasis rate of adenocarcinoma was the highest, 13. 51% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Adrenal metastatic of small cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of other types （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclu- sion The characteristics of metastatic lung cancer during the same period of different pathological types were different, ECT ex- amination can provide evidence to detect lung cancer early and stages of lung cancer, to develop different treatment regimens.
