超声乳化与小切口治疗糖尿病性白内障的疗效分析

目的研究分析糖尿病性白内障患者行超声乳化吸除术＋人工晶体植入术与小切口囊外摘除术＋人工晶体植入术的疗效。方法观察92例（92只眼）糖尿病合并白内障患者，按照手术方式不同分为两组：超声乳化吸除术联合人工晶体植入术组（超乳组）48只眼和小切口囊外摘除术联合植入术组（小切口组）44只眼，对两组患者的临床效果进行观察分析。结果两组术后视力恢复情况及并发症比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在糖尿病患者合并白内障的治疗中，超声乳化吸除术联合人工晶体植入术与小切口囊外摘除术联合人工晶体植入术的临床疗效无明显差异，均安全可靠。但白内障超声乳化吸除＋人工晶体植入术具有手术时间短、切口小、疼痛及反应轻、恢复快等优点，更值得临床使用。小切口囊外摘除＋人工晶体植入术，因使用器械简单、廉价，对设备依赖程度低等优点，更适合在基层医院开展。

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Phacoemulsification and Small Incision in the Treatment of Diabetic Cataract

Objective To study and analyze phacoemulsification in diabetic cataract suction effect in addition to surgery ＋ in- traocular lens implantation with small incision extra capsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods 92 cases （92 eyes） diabetic patients with cataract, in accordance with the mode of operation,were divided into two groups ：PHACO ＋ IOL （ phaeo group ） 48 eyes and ECCE ＋ IOL （ small incision group） 44 eyes, respectively. The clinical effect of the two groups of patients were observed and analyzed. Results The visual acuity of two groups of postoperative recovery and complications of the statistical comparison, no statistically significant difference was found （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic patients with cataract ultrasonic emulsification, the clinical curative effect of excision combined with intraocular lens implantation with small incision extra capsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation was safe and reliable without significant difference. But the phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation with small incision, for its shorter operation time, less pain, light reaction, and quick recovery, was worthy of clinical use while small incision ECCE ＋ IOL implantation, due to the use of simple and cheap equipment as well as low dependence on the equipment,was more suitable for primary hospitals.
