Assistance and Nursing of Interventional Therapy in Patients with Congenital Heart Disease

This article summarizes the assistance and nursing experience of interventional therapy in 26 cases of patients with congenital heart disease. In order to assure the smooth progress of surgery, effectively prevent and (or) timely detect a variety of postoperative complications, promote the rehabilitation of patients after operation, it is necessary to do the preoperative psychological care of patients and their families and prepare adequately before operation. Do pay attention to routine postoperative care, diet, psychological care, especially the observation of complications, prevention and nursing. Targeted discharge guidance would help to consolidate the therapeutic effect and avoid complications.
