联合应用晴尔和巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效研究

目的：探讨联合应用晴尔和巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性评价。方法：将85例急性脑梗死病人随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组应用睛尔和巴曲酶，对照组单独应用巴曲酶。治疗14天后观察比较疗效。结果：两组均能降低神经功能缺损评分，提高Barthel指数，治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组均无不良反应发生。结论：联合应用晴尔和巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，安全性高。
