护理专业专升本课程设置的研究进展及发展方向

对我国护理专业专升本课程设置存在的问题进行了分析,为了进一步提高护理专业专升本教学质量,合理设置和安排课程,加速护理人才成长,促进护理学科发展,护理专业专升本课程的设置应以本科培养目标为出发点,以社会的需求、学科的发展、学生的需求为原则,优化课程,加强人文,体现社区,改革实践,以期将学生培养成具有临床护理能力、护理管理能力、护理科研能力和护理教育能力的高素质护理人才。

Research progress and development tendency of course setup on technology academy to college level of nursing specialty

It analyzed problems existed in course setup of technology academy to college level of students of nursing specialty in China, in order to enhance the teaching quality of technology academy to college level of students of nursing specialty, to set up and to arrange the courses reasonably, to speed up the growth of nursing talents, and to accelerate the development of nursing science. Courses setup of technology academy to college level of nursing specialty should take the fostering purpose of college level as start, take social demands, subject development and demands of students as the principles. And one should optimize courses, strengthen the humanism, incarnate the community, and reform practice, so as to hope to foster students as high diathesis of nursing talents who have clinical nursing ability, nursing administration ability, nursing scientific research ability and nursing education ability.
