儿童慢性咳嗽的临床分析

目的分析慢性咳嗽的临床病因特点。方法对2005年6月～2008年6月我院儿科门诊及住院的慢性咳嗽患儿53例，进行临床资料回顾性分析。结果慢性咳嗽前5位病因依次为上气道咳嗽综合征，咳嗽变异性哮喘，感染后咳嗽，气道异物及反复呼吸道感染，占总数的86．79％。结论慢性咳嗽只是一个症状，其病因复杂，不同年龄儿童慢性咳嗽病因分布有一定特征性。

The Clinical analysis of children chronic coungh

Objective To analysis the characteristic and the cause of chronic cough. Methods Rearch in our department of pediatrics in-patient and clinical patient 53 cases suffering from chronic cough from June, 2005 to June, 2008. Results Upper respiratory tract cough syndrome, Cough changeability asthma, Cough after the infection, Coughs respiratory tract of foreign matter, Chronical respiratory tract infection by formation rate size arrangement, Accounts for the total 86.79%.Conclusion Chronic cough just a symptom,the reason of it is complicated and diversified. The distribution of the cause of child chronic cough in Various ages section has its own characteristic.
