老年骨折患者术前心理干预的效果分析

目的探讨对老年骨折患者术前进行心理干预的效果。方法将181例老年骨折住院患者按随机数字表法分为实验组（88例）和对照组（93例）。实验组行一对一的术前心理干预,对照组行常规心理护理,比较两组患者进入手术室后麻醉准备时间、围术期并发症发生率、住院时间以及出院时对护理工作的满意度。结果实验组患者进入手术室后麻醉准备的时间、围术期并发症发生率、住院时间均明显短于或低于对照组（P〈0.05）,出院时的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在常规护理基础上实行一对一的术前心理干预,能提高老年骨折患者的满意度,有利于患者更快、更好地康复。

Effect Analysis of Preoperative Psychological Intervention in Elderly Patients with Bone Fractures

Objective To study the effects of preoperative psychological intervention in elderly patients with bone fractures.Methods A total of 181 hospitalized elderly patients with bone fractures were randomly divided into experiment group（n=88）treated with one-to-one preoperative psychological intervention and control group（n=93）treated with routine psychological nursing.A comparison was conducted on anesthesia preparation time in operation room,perioperative complication rate,hospital days and nursing satisfaction with discharge of the patients of both groups.Results The anesthesia preparation time in operation room,perioperative complication rate,hospital days and nursing satisfaction with discharge were significantly less or lower in experiment group than that in control group（P〈0.05）and the nursing satisfaction with discharge was significantly higher in experiment group than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The one-to-one preoperative psychological intervention based on the routine care can help elderly patients with bone fractures increase their satisfaction and contribute to earlier and better recoveries.
