宫颈环扎术对妊娠结局的影响及相关因素分析

目的:了解宫颈机能不全的诊断依据,探讨影响宫颈环扎术成功因素。方法:对2000年11月~2005年3月我院行宫颈环扎术37例进行回顾性分析。结果:手术时间与早产、流产、胎膜早破及感染无明显关系。术后感染、手术时宫颈长度及手术时间对妊娠结局有明显影响。结论:宫颈环扎孕周、缝合时宫颈长度与孕周延长有明显关系。

Effect of cervical cerclage on outcome of pregnancy and its related factors

Objective:To understand the diagnosis of cervical incompetence and discuss the relative factors of effecting cervical cerclage.Methods:A retrospective analysis was carried out on 37 patients who had performed cervical cerclage from November 2000 to March 2005.Results:There was no evidence relation between operation time and premature delivery, abortion, rupture of membrane and infection. Postoperative Infections ,the length of cervical sutured and operation time had effected on the outcome of pregnancy.Conclusion:There is evidence relation between cervical cerclage on pregnancy, the length of cervical sutured and gestation prolonged.
