手足口病的中医治疗及预防调护综述

手足口病是由于感受手足口病时邪而引起的发疹性传染病,临床表现轻重不一,大多数患儿临床症状较为轻微,以发热和手足肌肤、口腔黏膜疱疹为特征,但少数患儿可出现脑炎、急性弛缓性瘫痪、神经源性肺水肿及循环衰竭等,个别重症者病情发展迅速,亦可导致死亡1]。此病于1959年在英国流行时被首次命名为手足口病,我国自20世纪80年代才开始逐渐出现该病的相关报道2],故中医古籍中未有专门记载。根据手足口病患者的症状和特征,大多数医家将手足口病归于中医学“温病、时疫”范畴。作为小儿常见的急性传染性疾病之一,手足口病一年四季均可发病,但以夏秋季节多见,好发于学龄前儿童,且发病率呈逐年上升趋势。该病若治疗及时得当,一般预后良好,反之可危及患儿生命。
