| 摘 要： | 目的研究吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗复发性卵巢癌的疗效及毒性。方法对32例复发性卵巢癌患者应用吉西他滨1000mg／m^2，第1、8d静注，联合顺铂75mg／m^2，分为第1、2、3d静注，21d为1疗程。结果32例患者有效率为53．1％．其中完全有效7例（21．8％），部分有效10例（31．3％），无进展生存期平均为3．5个月，毒副反应主要为白细胞减少，但均为可逆性。结论吉西他滨加顺铂是治疗复发性卵巢癌的有效方案，其毒副反应均可耐受。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicities of gemcitabine plus cisplatin for patients with relapsed ovarian cancer.Methods Thirty tow patients with recurrent ovarian carcinoma received gemcitabine(1000 mg/m2,d1,d8)plus cisplatin(75 mg/m2,d1-3)of each 21 day cycle.Results Of 32 patients,there were 7(21.8%)complete and 10(31.3%)partial responses,for an overall response rate of 53.1%.The leukopenia is the most important toxicity.Conclusions Cisplatin plus gemcitabine is effective in patients with relaps... |
