| Abstract: | Eisenmenger syndrome is a complication of uncorrected congenital heart diseases that produce right-to-left shunting, which is caused by secondary pulmonary arterial hypertension. Recently, the great advances were made in the treatment of Eisenmenger syndrome. Endothelin receptor antagonists, phosphodiesterase type-5 inhibitors, and prostacyclin analogs are potential beneficial drugs for the treatment of Eisenmenger syndrome. |
