摘    要:
三七总皂苷(total saponins of panax notoginseseng,PNS)为三七主要成分,含有多种单体皂苷。国内外学者研究发现,PNS具有抗血栓形成、扩张血管、降血压、抑制中枢神经、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳等药理作用。就近年来PNS对各组织器官作用的最新研究进展及临床应用作一简要概述。

Abstract:
PNS is as a main component of Panax, containing more monomers saponin. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars conduct research on PNS, and they find it has pharmacological effects on protecting against thrombosis, dilating blood vessels, lowering the blood pressure, depressing the central nervous system, anti - in- flammatory, antineoplastic, anti - fatigue, etc. In this paper, the role of various tissues and organs of PNS of the latest research and clinical application in recent years are briefly overviewed.
