MIM在食管鳞癌组织中的表达

目的：探讨肿瘤转移消失蛋白（ MIM）在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测65例食管鳞癌组织、30例癌旁不典型增生组织及65例正常食管黏膜组织中MIM表达。结果 MIM在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率为75.4%、癌旁不典型增生组织中的阳性表达率为43.3%、正常食管黏膜组织中的阳性表达率为13.8%，三者两两相比差异均有有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。MIM在食管鳞癌组织中的表达与浸润程度、淋巴结转移有关（ P〈0.05）。结论食管鳞癌组织中MIM的异常表达可能是导致食管鳞癌发生、发展的原因之一。

Expression of MIM in the Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of MIM in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of MIM in the 65 cases of esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues, 30 cases of atypical hyperplasia tissue adjacent to carcinoma and 65 cases of normal esophageal mucosa tissues. Results The positive expression rate of MIM was 75.4% in the esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues, was 43.3% in the atypical hyperplasia tissue adjacent to carcinoma and was 13.8% innormal esophageal mucosa tissues （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive expression of MIM in the esophageal squamous carcinoma was related to the tumor infihralion and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The abnormal expres- sion of MIM in the esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues may be associated with lhe cancerization and developmerit of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
