江西口岸出入境人员HIV-1抗体阳性者免疫印迹带型分析

目的研究江西口岸出入境人员HIV-1艾滋病感染者免疫印迹试验（WB）带型的分布特征。方法对2003—2013年3月江西口岸出入境人员HIV－1抗体确证阳性的WB带型结果进行统计分析。结果23例江西口岸出入境人员HIV-1阳性标本免疫印迹带型中gp160、gp120、p66、p51、gp41、p31、p24阳性率为100％，p55阳性率为78．3％，p17阳性率为95．6％；中国籍和非洲籍人员比较，非洲籍人员的p55阳性率高于中国籍人员；不同性别比较，p55阳性率差别有统计学意义，女性高于男性；不同年龄组间比较，p55阳性率差异有统计学意义。结论江西口岸出入境人员HIV—1抗体阳性者gp160、gp120、p66、p51、gp41、p31、p24阳性率高，具备确证HIV－1的特异性条带，对于不同国家的出入境人员还有待进一步扩大样本量进一步研究。

Analysis on western blot bands pattern among entry-exit personnels with positive HIV-1 antibody at Jiangxi ports

Objective To investigate the bands distribution of western blot band patterns of HIV-1 antibody among HIV-infected persons at Jiangxi ports. Methods X2 tests were carried out for bands patterns of HIV-1 antibody positive samples from 2003 to 2013 at Jiangxi port. Results In 23 HIV-1 infected persons, the positive detection rate of gp 160, gp 120, p 66, p 51, gp 41, p 31, p 24 were 100%. p 55 and p 17 were 78.3% and 95.6%, respectively. The positive rate of p 55 among the African was higher than that Chinese. The positive rate of p 55 in the female was higher than that in the male. There was significant difference among the groups of different age. Conclusion The entry-exit persons with positive HIV-1 antibody at Jiangxi ports have high positive detection rates of gpl60, gpl20, p66, p51, gp41, p31, p24, which are the distinctivebands to conform HIV-1. To the people from different country, it needs more samples for further study.
