| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨髁状突骨折的治疗方法.方法 对108例(139侧)髁状突骨折患者应用保守治疗和手术治疗的效果进行远期随访分析研究.结果 保守治疗和手术治疗都获得了良好的治疗效果.常见的并发症为关节弹响、偏、张口受限及面神经损伤.结论 临床医生应严格掌握保守治疗和手术治疗的适应证及各自的优缺点,结合自己的技术力量选择合理的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate method of treatment of condylar fracture. Methods 108 cases with 139 condylar fractures were treated and followed up. Results The effects were satifactory in both methods of treatment.Common complications were snap of temporomandebular joint hemimandibular,restriction of mouth opening and facial nerve injury. Conclusion The new clinical classification of condylar fracture is helpful for clinical treatment and scientific reaearch.Nonsurgical and surgical treatments have their indications.We should strictly grasp indications and select correct treatment method. |
