| 摘 要： | 目的对150例原发性肝癌(PHC)患者分别进行凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)、组织因子(TF)及抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)活性6项指标进行检测和对比分析。方法分别测定PHC早期患者(72例)、PHC晚期患者(78例)的PT、APTT、TT及FIB、TF、AT-Ⅲ的活性,比较两组之间的差异。结果晚期原发性肝癌组的FIB、PT、APTT、TT、AT-Ⅲ与早期原发性肝癌患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);早期肝癌组、晚期肝癌组TF与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但早期肝癌组与晚期肝癌组TF差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论原发性肝癌患者凝血功能检测及TF、AT-Ⅲ活性变化在一定程度上能反映肝脏损害程度,对临床肝癌患者病情检测、预后判断及指导治疗有一定的应用价值。 |
