| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前列腺电切术后膀胱内大量积血的腔内处理及预防。方法对近3a来用腔内方法处理的15例患者进行回顾性分析。结果15例膀胱内大量积血的患者均通过腔内方法成功处理。结论前列腺电切术后膀胱内大量积血的患者可通过腔内方法处理，前列腺术后出血可以预防。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate endoscopic treatment and prophylaxis of the massive hematocele in bladder after TVP. Methods] The endoscopic treatment of our 15 patients who had massive hematocele in bladder after TVP were retrospetively studied. Results] The 15 patients all had successfully treated by endoscopic means. Conclusion] The massive hematocele in bladder after TVP can be dealed by endoscopic means ,and the bleeding after TVP can be precluded. |
