外科治疗高血压脑出血69例临床分析

目的:探讨外科手术治疗高血压脑出血的方法及疗效。方法:回顾分析我科2005年1月至2009年12月5年间行外科手术治疗的69例高血压脑出血病例,总结治疗经验。结果:根据格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)评定疗效:恢复良好11例(15.9%),轻度残疾34例(49.3%),重度残疾19例(27.5%),植物生存2例(2.9%),死亡3例(4.3%)。结论:血肿体积和格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)对选择治疗方案有重要价值,合适的手术时机和手术方式是降低致残率和病死率的关键。

Clinical analysis of 69 cases with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by surgery

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of surgical intervention in the treatment of the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods: Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 69 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital between 2005.1～2009.12,summarizing the treatment experience.Results: Glasgow outcome scale was used to evaluate their efficacy:11 cases were good recovery(15.9%),34 cases were moderately disabled(49.3%),19 cases were severely disabled(27.5%),2 cases were in vegetative state(2.9%)and 3cases were dead(4.3%).Conclusion: The volume of hematoma and Glasgow coma scale are very important to surgical program,the right operating methods as well as operating opportunity is very important to decrease the disability rate and the death rate.
