| 摘 要： | 目的观察悦安欣联合酚妥拉明治疗肺心病的临床疗效.方法将64例肺心病病人随机分为治疗组及对照组各32例,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用悦安欣注射液20 mL加入5%葡萄糖250 mL中静脉输注;酚妥拉明10 mg加入5%葡萄糖250 mL中静脉输注,每日1次,对照组给予常规治疗,10 d为1个疗程,然后进行疗效比较.结果治疗组总有效率为87.50%,对照组为63.65%,两组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论悦安欣联合酚妥拉明治疗肺心病疗效确切. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of combination therapy with yueanxin and phentolamine in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group (n=32) and control group(n=32) .Both of the groups were treated with conventional therapy.yueanxin(20 mL) and phentolamine(10 mg)were given in the therapeutic group.once a day for 10 days.Results The total effect in therapeutic group and control group were 87.50% and 63.65%,respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of combination therapy with Yueanxin and phentolamine in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease is positive . |
