针刺配合隔药灸治疗慢性咽炎47例

【摘要】目的：观察针刺配合药灸治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效；方法：将91例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组47例，采用药物当归粉用水或酒调和制成药饼放置在天突穴部位，点燃纯艾条插入艾灸盒后放置在药饼上方灸治，以疏通局部瘀滞；结合针刺列缺、鱼际、合谷散肺经风热治标；针刺三阴交、太溪、照海引火归原治本，针刺和药灸均每天一次，每次30分钟。对照组44例，采用2％棚酸溶液反复嗽口, 华素片含服，每天三次，每次一片。两组均十天一疗程，二疗程后观察症状体征变化,统计临床疗效。结果：治疗组：痊愈17例(36.2%)；显效21例（44.7%)，总有效率80.9%。对照组：痊愈 4例(9.1%)；显效13例（29.5%)，总有效率38.6%，两组间疗效差异具有显著性意义（P<0.01）结论：针刺配合药灸治疗慢性咽炎，标、本、局部淤滞同治，疗效肯定。【关键词】 药灸 ； 针刺 ； 慢性咽炎 2％棚酸溶液 ； 华素片

Forty-seven patients are in the treatment group, we need to put the medicated cake , which is mixed with Dangguifen﹑ water or alcohol Tiantu point. Put the box with pure alight moxa stick beyond the medicated cake in order to dredge obstruent, accompany with acupuncture the Lieque﹑Yuji、Hegu point to dissipate heat in lung temporary solution, acupuncture the Sanyinjiao 、Taixi、Zhaohai point. Acupuncture and medicinal moxibustion treatment once a day and it will take thirty minutes for one treatment. Forty- four patients are in the control group, using boric acid of two percent to gargle repeatedly. After that, one huasupian tablet is taken orally and three times for one day. Both the two groups need to take a ten-day treatment for one course, after two courses you can have a check to make the clinical therapeutic effect statistics. Results: In the treatment group, 17(36.2％) cases healed completely well, 21(44.7％) cases had marked effect and the total cure rate was 80.9％. In the control group, 4(9.1％) cases were cured,13(29.5％) cases had marked effect and the total cure rate was 38.6％. on account of this, the therapeutic effect between two groups are of statistical significance(P＜0.01).Conclusion: It is of definite curative effect by using acupuncture and medicinal moxibustion to cure chronic throat inflammation .KEYWORDS medicinal moxibustion ； acupuncture ； chronic throat inflammation； boric acid(2％) ； huasupian tablet
