关节软骨修复与细胞因子相关性研究进展

关节软骨是一种特殊的结缔组织,覆盖在关节的负重面上,由软骨细胞及细胞外基质所构成,软骨细胞是成人透明软骨的惟一细胞,它合成与分泌高特异性的软骨基质。关节软骨内含多种细胞因子,其在促进软骨细胞增生、分化和基质降解中起着重要的调节作用。但不同的细胞因子可能具有不同的生长周期,一种细胞因子可调节其他细胞因子的表达和活性。本文就细胞因子对关节软骨的复合作用予以综述。

Research Progress of the Correlation between Articular Cartilage repair and Cytokines

Articular cartilage is a special kind of connective tissue,which covers the surface of the weight-bearing joints.Articular cartilage is composed of cartilage cells and the extracellular matrix.Cartilage cells which are the only adult hyaline cartilage cells synthesize and secrete high specifical cartilage matrix.Aricular cartilage contains a variety of cytokines,which play an important regulatory role in the promotion of cartilage cell proliferation,differentiation and matrix degradation.However,different cytokines may have different growth cycles,cytokines can regulate the expression and activity of each other.This article reviewed the cytokines′ complex effects on articular carilage.
