乙酰唑胺和维康片对进驻高原青年体力作业效率的影响

摘    要:
目的:探讨不同药物对进驻高原青年做功时运动心率达 170 次/min时机体所做功(PWC170)的影响。方法:将进驻海拔3700 m半年的40名健康青年随机分为乙酰唑胺组、高原维康片组、红牛饮料组和对照组,每组10人。在不同时间分别用EGM型踏车功率计做坐位踏车运动。用直线回归法计算每位受试者的PWC170。结果:红牛饮料组、高原维康片组及乙酰唑胺组服药10 d及停药10 d时,PWC170较服药前对照组增高,差异显著(P<0. 05)。结论:红牛饮料、高原维康片及乙酰唑胺均能明显提高高原移居青年的体力作业效率。

Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of acetazolami de and Weikang tablet on the work efficiency of human body at high altitude. Methods: 40 young men who had lived at 3700 m altitude for 6 mo nths were divided randomly into acetazolamide, Weikang, red bull drink and place bo group. Each group took different medicines for 10 days, effectively. Before t hey took their medicines, the subjects pedaled bicycle - ergometer(EMG) at 60 r pm and the resistance was progressively increased by 50 W per 3 min up to their exhaustion. After they took the medicines, they fulfilled the same exercise expe riment as above at the tenth day and the twentieth day when they stopped taking their medicines ten days later. The performance of work capacity when the subjec ts' heart rate reached to 170 beat/min(PWC170) was calculated. Result s: Compared with the placebo group, PWC170 of the other three groups in creased significantly(p<0.05) in the later two experiments, but there were not a ny significantly difference of PWC170 among these three groups. Conc lusion: All of acetazolamide, Weikang and red bull drink can increase w ork efficiency of human body at high altitude.
