咪达唑仑和异丙酚复合麻醉的研究

摘    要:目的观察咪达唑仑和异丙酚联合用于麻醉诱导和维持时的效果。方法选择AsA分级(美国麻醉医师协会病人体格状况分级)Ⅰ~Ⅱ级病人36例,随机分成三组:咪达唑仑组(Ⅰ组);异丙酚组(Ⅱ组);咪达唑仑加异丙酚复合组(Ⅲ组);观察循环、麻醉深度(双频指数、边缘频率)、术毕清醒时间和术后不良反应等指标。结果三组病人术后不良反应均较轻,而Ⅲ组病人循环功能较Ⅱ组稳定,清醒时间较Ⅰ组短,麻醉深度更为适宜。结论我们认为咪达唑仑与异丙酚复合麻醉是一种理想的麻醉方法。

The Effects of Combined Midazolam and Propofol
Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of combined midazolam and propofol during induction and maintenance of anesthesia. Methods 36 patients, at the ASA physical status (American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status) 1~2, received three methods of induction and maintenance of anesthesia with propofol (group Ⅰ , n=12), midazolam (group Ⅱ, n=12) and propofol+ midazolam (group Ⅲ, n=12) respectively. Circulation function, depth of anesthesia (BIS, SEF), period of awake and side effects were recorded. Results There was the same slight side effect in the three groups. But circulation function was more stable in group m than that in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ, period of awake was shorter in group Ⅲ than that in group Ⅰ , and the depth of anesthesia was optimal in group Ⅲ. Conclusion It is a better way to administer combined midazolam and propofol during induction and maint-ainenance of anesthesia.
