广州市大学生自杀意念现况及其影响因素

目的了解广州市大学生自杀意念现状及其影响因素，为高校进行有针对性的健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法，从广州市8所高校中抽取大学生2564名，用白编调查表对大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生近1a自杀意念报告率为11．6％。不同性别、专业、生源的学生自杀意念报告率差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05），不同学校学生自杀意念报告率差别有统计学意义（X^2=11．208，P=0．004）；对自杀行为的态度、消极应对、负性生活事件等是自杀意念的危险因素，社会支持是保护因素。结论从可改变的社会因素人手，消除危险因素，提高保护因素，可以最大限度预防大学生自杀。

Study on Prevalence of Suicidal Ideation and Its Related Factors in College Students in Guangzhou

Objective To investigate prevalence of suicidal ideation and its related factors in college students,and to provide evidence for health education.Methods By use of stratified cluster random sampling,2 564 undergraduates from 8 universities in Guangzhou were investigated through questionnaire.Results 11.6% of the students reported they had suicidal ideation in the past year.In the suicidal idea reports,it showed that on the one hand there was no statistical difference for gender,majors and backgrounds(P>0.05);on the other hand,there was statistical significant difference among different universities.Further analysis indicated that the attitudes towards suicidal behavior,negative coping and negative life events and so on were risk factors of suicidal ideation.While social support was a protective factor.Conclusion Suicidal behavior in colleges can be prevented through changing some social factors,eliminating risk factors and strengthening the protective factors.
