飞行员神经症人格特征与血浆相关神经肽变化的对照研究

摘    要:目的:探讨神经症飞行员的人格类型特征以及血浆中某些神经肽变化的特点。方法:以病例对照性方法对124名男性飞行员的人格类型、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(A-Ⅱ)进行评定和测量。结果:病例组与对照组具有不同的人格特征和人格类型;病例组血浆VIP含量和β-EP含量有明显下降;4种人格类型中,病例组内向稳定型患者的神经肽含量下降最为明显。结论:病例组飞行员有特征性的人格特点和类型分布;病例组飞行员血浆VIP和β-EP有不同程度的降低,血浆A-Ⅱ的含量基本稳定;神经肽含量的变化与神经症患者 不同的人格类型有一定相关。

Abstract:Objective. To study the relationship between personality type and variation of plasma peptides in pilots with neurosis. Method. A case-control study was used. 124 male pilots were evaluated with Eysenck's personality checklist, and then level of certain plasma peptides, such as vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), beta-endorphin (beta-EP) and angiotensin-II (A-II) were determined. Result. There were significant difference in personality characteristics and personality types between pilots with neuroses and the control. The contents of VIP and beta-EP in plasma showed visible difference between disease group and control. Content of beta-EP in those with inner-unstable type personality was lowest among all the various types. Conclusion. Personality characteristics were different between pilots with neurosis and controls. Levels of VIP and beta-EP in disease group were lower than those in the control. Different personality types had different levels of beta-EP in pilots with neurosis.
