慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变时HSP70表达的研究

目的：探讨热休克蛋白70（heat shock proteins 70，HSP70）在人胃黏膜组织中的表达。方法：采用免疫组化SABC方法检测HSP70在浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）、胃窦腺癌组织中的表达。结果：HSP70在浅表性胃炎组、CAG伴H-IN组、胃窦腺癌组中的阳性表达率分别为26．67％、48．89％、66．67％，过表达率分别为3．33％、37．25％、58．33％，胃窦腺癌组、CAG伴H-IN组HSfy70阳性表达及过表达率均明显高于慢性浅表性胃炎组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05～0．01）。浅表性胃炎组与CAG伴或不伴H-IN组、胃窦腺癌组之间HSP70过表达量上差异较大。结论：HSP70在胃癌和CAG伴H-IN中过度表达，可能在其致病过程中起着重要的作用。

Study on expression of heat shock protein 70 in chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesion

Objective:To determine the expression of heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in gastric mucosa.Methods:Gastric mucosa of patients with superficial gastritis,chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),gastric adenoma were examined with immunohistochemical technique and SABC method for the expression of HSP70.Results:Detection rates of HSP70 in gastric mucosa of patients with superficial gastritis,CAG with H-IN and gastric adenoma were 26.67%,48.89% and 66.67% respectively.Over-expression rates of HSP70 in the lesions mentioned above were 33%,37.25% and 58.33% respectively.The detection rate and over-expression rates of HSP70 in patients with CAG with H-IN and gastric adenoma were all higher than that patients with superficial gastritis(P<0.05～0.01).Conclusion:The results that HSP70 over-expressed in gastric adenoma and CAG with H-IN suggest that HSP70 may play a specific role in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.
