卡维地洛治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

目的:探讨卡维地洛对慢性充血性心力衰竭(Chronic Congestive Heart Failure,CHF)的疗效和安全性。方法:将71例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为卡维地洛组(治疗组)和常规治疗组(对照组),对比两组治疗前、6个月后左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心率、血压和心功能变化情况,观察卡维地洛的疗效和安全性。结果:卡维地洛组左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、血压降低、心率减慢、左室射血分数、心功能分级明显提高,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:卡维地洛治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭能改善心功能,改善左室重塑,使用安全,疗效显著。

The Clinical Observation of Curative Effect of Carvedilol for Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective:To investigate the curative effect and safety of carvedilol treatment on chronic congestive heart failure (CHF)．Methods：71 cases with CHF were randomly divided into two groups:the carvedilol treatment group (treated group) and the conventional treatment group (control group), comparing changes of the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),heart rate, blood pressure, cardiac function in two groups between before and after six-months' treatment, in order to observe the curative effect and safety of carvedilol.Results:The LVEDD,LVESD,blood pressure and heart rate reduces,and LVEF,cardiac function classification raised significantly.And the difference compared to control group had significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The carvedilol improve the cardiac function, enhance the remodeling of left ventricular,and it is safe and effective.
