| 摘 要： | 目的评价胸片在矽肺诊断的应用价值。材料与方法回顾性分析20例经职业病防治所确诊为矽肺的X线资料。结果矽肺胸部X线表现为双肺弥漫分布斑点、小结节影,其特征性改变为矽结节。矽结节常融合成块,易合并结核、肺气肿、气胸、胸膜炎等。结论胸部X线片对矽肺的并发症及诊断有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To evaluate the value of X-ray in diagnosis of silicosis.Materials and Methods:The datum of 20 patients proved by Occupation Disease Prevention and Cure Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The pneumonogram of silicosis were the lung diffusionly distribute dots and small nodes,and its characteristics finding was silicotic nodule.Silicosis nodules always fusion mass.Silicosis' complication were pulmonary tuberculosis,pulmonary emphysema and pneumothorax pleurar.Conclusion:Chest film has great value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of silicosis. |
