超声介入治疗盆腹腔囊性肿块896例临床分析

目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺治疗囊性肿块的临床价值。方法对我院2001年1月～2008年12月确诊的盆腹腔囊性肿块患者896例，在超声引导下定位、穿刺，注入硬化剂冲洗硬化，观察治疗效果。结果本组囊性肿块穿刺成功率100％，除二例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿未见明显缩小行二次治疗后消失外，余均在1～3月内吸收消失，无并发症发。结论超声介入治疗盆腹腔囊性肿块是一种微创及疗效肯定的治疗方法，值得临床应用。

Clinical Analysis of Ultrasound-guided Percutaneous Puncture Therapy for 896 Cases with Abdominopelvic Cavity Cystic Mass

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture therapy for cystic mass. Methods 896 cases of patients with abdominopelvic cavity cystic mass, from January 2001 to December 2008 in our hospital, were evaluated. All pa tients underwent ultrasound-guided position, puncture, injection of sclerosing agents and wash. Results The success puncture rate of cystic mass was 100% in this group, all that were absorbed or disappeared in 1 to 3 months with no occurrence of complications, in addition that two cases of ovarian endometriotic cyst were no obviously narrow, which disappeared after the second treatment. Conclusion Ultra sound-guided interventional therapy is a microinvasive and certain effective method in treatment of abdominopelvic cavity cystic mass, which deserves clinical application.
