黄连解毒汤对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的治疗作用

目的：探讨黄连解毒汤（Huanglianjiedu decoction,HJD）对非酒精性脂肪性肝病（nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD）的治疗效果。方法：134例NAFLD患者随机分为3组：治疗组（HJD干预）45例,对照组（易善复干预）45例,空白对照组44例。3组患者均常规＂运动饮食＂治疗,均给予阿托莫兰1.8g每日1次静脉滴注护肝治疗;针对血脂异常给予相关处理。30d为1疗程,治疗3疗程。治疗结束分析各组治疗前后各组临床症状、肝脏CT值、甘油三酯（triglyceride,TG）、胆固醇（total cholesterol,TC）及丙氨酸氨基转移酶（alanine aminotransferase,ALT）、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（aspartate aminotransferase,AST）等指标变化。结果：①治愈好转率：治疗组患者临床综合疗效为95.56%稍高于对照组93.33%,但无统计学差异;治疗组和对照组与空白对照组59.09%比较,有非常显著差异,P〈0.01。②肝脏CT值：治疗后治疗组、对照组上升,与空白对照组比较有显著差异,P〈0.05。③TG、TC：治疗后治疗组、对照组TG、TC下降,与空白对照组比较有非常显著差异,P〈0.01。④ALT、AST：治疗后治疗组、对照组ALT、AST显著下降,与空白对照组比较有非常显著差异,P〈0.01。结论：HJD治疗NAFLD疗效与易善复相似,具有广泛应用前景。

Therapeutic Effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on Patients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective ： To investigate the therapeutic effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction （ HJD ） on patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （ NAFLD ） .Methods ： 134 patients with NAFLD were randomly divided into three groups： treatment group （45 cases, intervented by HJD ）, control group （45 cases, intervented by Essentiale ）, blank control group （ 44 cases ） .Three groups were given routine treatment and glutathione of 1.8 g once a day intravenously, and given treatment in view of lipid abnormality.One course of treatment was thirty days, and lasted for three courses.Analysis on the clinical symptoms, CT value of liver, TG, TC, ALT, and AST changes of each group were carried on after treatment. Results ： （1） The clinical effective rate： the research showed the clinical effective rate of treatment group was 95.56% while the control group was 93.33% with no difference.Compared with blank control group, the treatment group and control group had significant differences （ P〈0.01 ）. （2） CT value of liver tissue ： after treatment, the CT value of liver tissue in treatment group and control group was increased, and they had significant differences compared with that in blank control group （ P〈0.05 ）. （3） TG, TC ： the TG and TC of treatment group and control group were decreased significantly, and there were significant differences among three groups （P〈0.01）. （4） ALT, AST： the ALT and AST of treatment group and control group were significantly decreased compared with those of blank control group （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion ： HJD has the similar effect on patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, and shows extensive application prospect.
