陈实功《外科正宗》对中医外科学的贡献

Contribution of CHEN Shigong and Surgical Authentic to Surgery of TCM

In this paper, we have conducted a brief summary about the contribution of CHEN Shigong and Surgical Authentic to the surgery of TCM.We think that CHEN Shigong enriched and strengthened the theory, methods and clinical experience of the surgery of TCM.He made important contributions to the development of the surgery of TCM.His academic views have distinctive features.Based on the whole, yin- yang, attached equal importance to inside and outside, he emphasized that opening the door for the thieves ; choosed flexible treatment in clinic ; provided three therapeutic methods including resolving, expelling from within, and reinforcing.He believed that invigorating and regulating spleen and stomach, harmonizing qi and blood should be put in the first place when treating disease, concluded that the surgical disease was closely related to the rise and fall of spleen and stomach, qi and blood.He was good at using corrosive drugs and operation.His academic thoughts and clinical experience have a profound influence on the later surgeon, and still have practical value in today＇s clinic.
