置管引流治疗肛管直肠周围脓肿研究进展

肛管直肠周围脓肿是结直肠外科的常见疾病之一,急性期手术治疗的目的包括引流和防止切口假愈合而导致的急性复发。手术方式主要包括三种：单纯切开引流,挂线引流和以强调保护肛门括约肌功能为主的置管引流。随着诊断技术的不断提高及微创外科的发展,置管引流在降低脓肿复发率和肛瘘发生率的同时,较好保护了肛门的精细功能及外观的完整性,大大减轻了患者痛苦。

Progress in Catheter Drainage Treatment of Perianal Abscess

Perianal abscess is one of the common coloreetal diseases.Surgical management is still the most effective way.Treatment goals should include incision and drainage of the abscess and the prevention of an acute recurrence by preventing the premature closure of the incision.Surgical methods mainly include the following three ways： initially simple incision/drainage, seton drainage, and catheter drainage which reinforces the importance of protecting the function of the anus.With the continuous improvement of the diagnosis technology and the development of minimally invasive surgery.Catheter drainage methods not only reduce the recurrence of abscess and the incidence of anal fistula, but also protect the fine function and integrity of the anus, greatly reducing the pain in patients and raising their quality of lives.
