| 摘 要： | 乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染后的自然病程十分复杂,受到宿主、病毒、环境等诸多因素的影响,了解HBV的生活周期对于慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)患者的临床分期以及相关预后非常重要,对于疾病的临床治疗也会有很大帮助。文章结合最新的主流观点,探讨HBV感染的自然史以及相关的不良临床结局。 |

| Abstract: | Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is the main cause of liver fibrosis,cirrhosis,and hepatocellular carcinoma.The natural course of HBV infection is very complicated and is affected by many factors such as the host,virus,and environment.Understanding the life cycle of HBV is very important for the clinical staging and related prognosis of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB),and it will also be of great help to the clinical treatment of the disease.This article,based on the latest mainstream views,explores the natural history and related adverse clinical outcomes of HBV infection. |
