Clinical effect of coronary intervention in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

Objective: To explore the effect of coronary intervention in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods: 180 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into the conventional group and the intervention group according to the random number table method, with 90 patients in each group. The conventional conservative treatment was used to treat the conventional group, and the coronary interventional treatment was used to treat the intervention group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate was 78.9% in the conventional group and 95.5% in the intervention group. The total effective rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, and the comparison results between the two groups were statistically tested(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the conventional group was 27.8%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was 5.6%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, and the comparison results between the two groups were statistically tested(P<0.05). Conclusions: Coronary interventional therapy for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is effective and safe.
