| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者血清瘦素水平及其影响因素.方法:选择2型糖尿病患者63例及正 常健康人30例,根据24 h尿白蛋白水平分组,测定血清瘦素,计算肌酐清除率(Ccr)及体重指数(BMI).结果:2型糖尿病肾病组血清瘦素水平明显高于单纯2型糖尿病及正常对照组;并且3组中女性均高于男性;血清瘦素水平与BMI呈正相关;血清瘦素水平与Ccr呈负相关.结论:2型糖尿病肾病患者血清瘦素水平高于正常人,血清瘦素水平受性别、BMI及Ccr影响.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the serum level of leptin in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and its relation factors. Methods:Patients(63) with type 2 diabetic mellitus were, divided into groups according to the 24 hour urine protein, and 30 healthy persons were also included as control. The serum leptin, body mass index(BMI), and the clearance rate of creatinine (Ccr). Results:Serum level of leptin in patients with 2 type diabetic nephropathy were measured was significantly higher than those in patients with simple type 2 diabetic and controls. The level of women was higher than that of men. It had a positive relationship with BMI and a negative relationship with Ccr. Conclusion:Serum level of leptin type in pationts with 2 diabetic nephropathy was higher than that in healthy person. The level was impacted by sex, BMI, and Ccr. |
