| 摘 要： | 目的观察银杏叶注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择急性脑梗死患者48例,应用银杏叶注射液10 ml静脉点滴,1次/d;并与以维脑路通500 mg/d静脉点滴的47例急性脑梗死患者作对照。二组都常规给予综合治疗。结果治疗组总有效率85.4%,对照组为63.8%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应少。结论银杏叶注射液治疗急性脑梗死能显著改善临床症状,降低致残率,安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of yinxingye injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods 95 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(48 cases) was given 10 ml/d of yingxingye injection in 250 ml of 5% glucose injection by IV infusion for 14 days.The control group(47 cases) was given 500 mg/d venoruton injection in 250 ml of 5% glucose injection for 14 days.And two groups were treated with routine therapy.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.4%.It was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.8%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The yinxingye injection has significant effect for acute cerebral infarction. |
