局部封闭结合针刀微创手术治疗腰三横突综合征的效果观察

目的：探讨局部封闭结合针刀微创手术治疗腰三横突综合征的效果。方法将230例腰三横突综合征患者分为两组，观察组115例采用局部封闭结合针刀微创手术治疗，对照组115例仅单用局部封闭治疗，比较两组的治愈率、总有效率、阳性复发率。结果观察组的治愈率为82.6%、总有效率为96.5%，明显高于对照组的24.3%、67.8%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的阳性复发率为7.8%，低于对照组的55.6%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论局部封闭结合针刀微创手术两者优势互补，在临床上可取得很好的疗效。

Effect observation of partial closure combined with acupotomology mini-mally invasive surgery in the treatment of third lumbar transverse pro-cess syndrome

Objective To investigate the effect of partial closure combined with acupotomology minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods 230 cases of patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,each group for 115 cases.Observation group was treated with partial closure combined with acupotomology minimally invasive surgery and control group was only treated with partial closure.The cure rate,total effective rate,positive recurrence rate in two groups was compared respectively. Results The cure rate was 82.6%,the total effective rate was 96.5% in observation group,significantly higher than that in control group（24.3%,67.8%）respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The positive recurrence rate in observation group was 7.8%,lower than that in control group（55.6%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Partial closure combined with acupotomology minimally invasive surgery have complementary advantage,can achieve good curative effect in clinic.
