| Abstract: | The article studies methods for perfecting the hospital management and development under the conditions of market economy system,e. g. ,the proper use of stratified management to make professional departments promote each other in a way that is active, cooperative and mutually beneficial;.cost accounting with the department as the basic unit , to encourage work efficiency, less expensive, value - added ways; and the steering of the management and development of hospital services under the government' s guidance planning and macro regulation. |
