| Abstract: | Achievements and circumstances of a recent reform measure in Shanghai City,i. e. ."total amount control and structural readjustment" of medical expenditure, were investigated;and on this basis a series of constructive suggestions are put forward to improve professional autonomy, accountability and efficiency and to facilitate proper solution of problems that emerge in the process of deepening reform of hospital. |
