石家庄市建设项目职业病危害评价及卫生审查现状

摘    要:目的了解石家庄市建设项目职业病危害评价及卫生审查现状,为职业病危害前期预防对策研究提供参考。方法设计调查表和调查问卷,到有关部门获取项目立项资料,进行现场调查。结果掌握2005—2008年石家庄市建设项目基本情况及行业分布,了解建设项目评价和审查现状,建设项目职业病危害预评价卫生审核率低于20%,竣工验收率低于18%。结论2005—2008年石家庄市建设项目职业病危害预评价的卫生审核率和竣工验收率明显偏低。

Abstract:[Objective]To understand the assessment of occupational hazards and health investigation status of construction projects in Shijiazhuang City,and provide reference for research of measures to pre-prevention of occupational hazards.[Methods]Spot field investigation was performed according to designed questionnaire and the obtained project data from related departments.[Results]The basic information and industry distribution of construction projects in Shijiazhuang City during 2005—2008 were grasped,project evaluation and investigation status were understood.The examination rate of pre-assessment of occupational hazards in construction project was lower than 20%,acceptance rate was lower than 18%.[Conclusion]The health examination rate and acceptance rate of pre-assessment of occupational hazards in construction projects of Shijiazhuang City from 2005-2008 were significantly low.
