原发性甲状腺功能减退症的病因分析

目的　通过对原发性甲状腺功能减退症的病因分析 ,以期为特发性甲减病人的早期诊断提供帮助。方法　我们收集了 1 978～ 1 998年 7月住院的 1 3 4例原发性甲减病人的临床资料 ,对其临床表现及病因进行分析。结果　 1 3 4例原发性甲减中慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎 4 3例 ( 3 2 .0 9% ) ,原因不明者 (特发性 ) 64例 ( 47.76% )。特发性甲减多发生于 4 0岁以上女性病人。结论　对于女性病人尤其年龄在 4 0岁以上者 ,要注意除外甲减 ,以早期诊断 ,早期治疗。

Analysis of the causes of primary hypothyroidism

Objective To supply some help for early diagnosis of idiopathic hypothyroidism by analyzing the causes of primary hypothyroidism Methods We collected the clinical data of 134 patients with hypothyroidism during the period from 1978 to July 1998,and analyzed their clinical manifestations and causes of hypothyroidism Results Of 134 cases,there were 43 (32 09%)with chronic lymphatic thyroiditis and 64 (47 76%)with unknown causes (idiopathic) Women over 40 years old were more often affected by idiopathic hypothyroidism that the young and men Conclusions Female patients,particularly those more than 40 years of age,should be consciously examined so that idiopathic hypothyroidism could be diagnosed in early stage
