2010-2012年我院质子泵抑制剂的使用分析

目的 对该院质子泵抑制剂的使用情况进行分析,为促进合理用药,提高临床疗效,有效降低药品费用提供参考依据.方法 对2010-2012年医院住院患者的用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDDc）、销售金额进行分析.结果 该院质子泵抑制剂的使用频率和用药金额呈快速上升趋势,其中奥美拉唑的DDDs与销售金额始终排在首位.大部分品种的销售金额与用药数同步性良好.结论 按照合理用药原则,应尽量首选国家基本药物,该院目前PPI的选择主要还是第1代PPI,药物的使用具有合理性.

Analysis of proton pump inhibitors used in ours hospital during 2010-2012

Objective To analyze the application of proton pump inhibitors （PPIs） in our hospital in order to provide references for rational use of PPIs and reduce the cost in clinical practice. Methods The amount of drugs consumption sum, defined daily doses （DDDs） and defined daily consumption （DDDc） of PPIs in our hospital during 2010 -2012 were analyzed statistically. Results The consumption sum and DDDs of PPI maintained rapid growth during 2010 - 2012 and omeprazole took up the first place in the fist of PPIs. The consumption and DDDs maintained synchronization in most varieties of PPI. Con- duslon According to the principle of rational drug use, national essential drugs should be used as the first choice in clinical practice. So the first generation of PPIs was used mostly in our hospital and the application of PPIs was basically rational.
